Sphere-Pro General Contracting Inc. also offers property management services. We pride ourselves on giving the owner/investor a more hands off approach to their investment properties. Our goal is to foster a close working relationship with you that allows you to get the most out of your investment without any of the hassles. 

Services available:  

• Creating rental/lease agreement
• Advertising/Finding tenants to fill vacant units (advertisement fees not included in monthly fee, will be billed separately) 
• Screening potential tenants, doing background and credit checks (online application)
• Arranging/ showings of available units
• 24 hour on call services for any emergency/tenant issues that arise 
• Shared drive services to allow open and constant communication to ensure property management and investor have access to all property information and keep everything up to date and organized 
• Handling disputes with tenants, preparing tribunal paper work 
• Quarterly maintenance visits (materials required to be charged separately) 
• Repairs to units with approval from investor/owner of property 
• Renovations to units with approval from investor/owner of property
• Any and all maintenance required 
• Advertisement fees associated with listing units for rent  
• Grass cutting 
• Landscaping (tree trimming, grass seeding, yard maintenance etc.)
